McDonald's in Isselburg

Everything is delicious ... only every time there is watery cola, Fanta or the like, because many small pieces of ice are added to the drink. The Fries potato sticks are tasty but very hot. You have to like ... a tip ... less is more 🙂

Relatively cold burger, mushy fries. There are much better McDonald's restaurants.

Today I was there for the second and last time, again on mcdrive I didn't get my whole order! I do not recommend

Dirty shop, toilets were bah ugh and not just once. If you say that it should be cleaned, nobody cares. The food was lukewarm.

Ordering and service was ok. Friendly staff! Food standard like everywhere at MD. Toilet an impertinence, a pee basin broken and although it had just been cleaned beforehand, there was a puddle of urine in the men's toilet in front of the intact pee basin. Only the vestibule had been wiped.

I made an order for French fries and Big Mac, I waited for my order after payment for exactly 12 minutes. Then my order number 273 appeared on the screen - the order is ready! I went to get my order, but the employee began to tell me something in German, I replied in English that I do not understand German, to which he also answered me in English: it is no my problem! As a result, I myself guessed that you need to wait 3 minutes for the potatoes. As a result, French fries and Big mac = 16 minutes, and instead of ketchup they put mayonnaise for me (I'm not a fan of mayonnaise)! I have never met the worst service in any country in the world !!! Awful !!!!! Once again I am convinced that Germany is the world's garbage dump!

Early in the morning: nothing beats freshly brewed coffee with warm apple pie. A delicious Latte Macchiato, which strangely enough is better in Germany than in the Netherlands. Handy cup to slurp in the car on the autobahn. In addition, the enjoyment of the warm apple pie, which is unfortunately no longer for sale in the Netherlands. Yummie!

Food as always good: p What was particularly noticeable are the super friendly and motivated staff! You don't know that at all! Keep it up !!

Relief refused after 10 p.m. On July 24th I was very unfriendly forbidden to go to the toilet at 0:30 am with the words: "After 10pm the toilets will be closed!" When I asked where else I would find a toilet nearby, as it was urgent, I just shrugged my shoulders Answer by an older employee who ignored me and left me standing there while again asking about an alternative. At the counter, I received another request - and the statement that I would also like to order something, but first I had to go to the toilet, then the reference to the neighboring petrol station - there I could try my luck. How is it possible that such a global corporation, which offers consumption at the table as a "restaurant", refuses customers the urgent need to go to the toilet ??? Incomprehensible!

It was not possible to order eat in via the ordering computer, it only allowed to order take away. Then I was served an incomplete order.

Good food and also speak dutch, so that makes it easy to order food for people from Netherlands

Pretty good branch of this franchise, with McCafe. The signage needs to be improved, it was not clear how to get there from the highway.and how to leave again.

Worst Mc. Donalds I have ever been, took ages b4 taking my order at the McDrive, where to pay was unmanned, 2nd window took forever to pay and receive. Mc Duck needs improve very much here!

This used to be a McDonald’s restaurant where we would stop on our way to our holiday destinations for a short break. Unfortunately, the quality has declined severely the last few years. Most personnel used to be teenagers from Isselburg and around, speaking German, English and Dutch even, orders were 100% accurate and food was served warm. Lately, this personnel was replaced by people who can hardly speak German, let alone English or an other language. This would all be okay, if the orders would be served correctly. Yet, when I order a Big Mac and a McChicken, I see one person preparing the chicken sandwich and the other person who should be preparing Big Macs just standing around, doing nothing (I’ve worked at McDonald’s as a teenager and still know the way things are prepared). When I received my order I complained and I just got a lame answer that it was busy, so I told them that the guy in the kitchen didn’t do his job. Another time I ordered a Cappuccino with whipped cream and vanilla-syrup through the order-terminal. Nothing fancy, I’d say, as you can only order what’s available. The guy was looking at the order, totally confused, and didn’t know how to operate the coffee machine. The other guy gave me two cups of coffee creamer in advance. I told him that I didn’t order coffee creamer, but whipped cream. He just stared at the order, totally puzzled, not knowing what I was talking about. The first guy was still being intrigued by the “complexity” of the coffee machine. After 15 minutes I finally got my cappuccino. I asked them if this is what I ordered, including whipped cream and syrup (which cost me extra) and they said “yes”. It turned out it was cappuccino with milk, no whipped cream and no syrup. In other words, the current personnel are incapable of doing their job and they are lying to the customer and cheating them. I will not visit this restaurant anymore and will go to the next one, just across the border in the Netherlands instead, where they have friendly personnel who do their job right.

We wanted to get coffee specialties from the Mc Café counter. After waiting with other customers for over 10 minutes, as no staff member were covering this counter, we friendly asked at the food counter and got shouted at in an extremely rude manner by a snobby young server, that they would have too much to do to take our order. 6 people were covering the other counter in the front service plus those in the back who took care of preparing the orders. Though the restaurant was full at a Friday evening, there were still counter staff standing and waiting for something to do. Finally a staff member from the drive through came to cover the Mc Café for a moment... I never have been in such a bad organised Mc Donalds so far. If the location wouldn't be so convenient at the highway close to the border to Netherlands I assume this way of misorganization and rudeness would not be accepted by customers.

Nice and kind staff and good and hot food! The only thing I don't like is that there are tablets installed in the tables, today's generation is already used so much to smartphones and stuff, they don't also need it while eating :)

Waited for almost 1 hour. They somehow lost the order? It was busy but thats no excuse for losing it. After 40 minutes, they would fix it, 20 minutes later we still waited.... (We asked for a refund, they refused at first but eventually we got our money back)
